Sail out to Crab Island or catch your own Snapper, Grouper or Mahi-Mahi! The home features a fully fenced yard, perfect for families, children, and pets! Two small dogs (under 40lbs) may be allowed WITH a pet fee of $115.00 AND prior approval. No aggressive breeds; no cats. THE SPACE: This Beach Cottage is tucked away on the bay side of 30A Santa Rosa Beach near the beach towns of Grayton, Seaside, and Seagrove. The cottage is newly furnished, with open-concept living and dining areas, a beautiful kitchen, three bedrooms, four beds, and plenty of fenced-in outdoor space for kids. Also, the cottage is located just a few blocks from the bay where you can go kayaking, paddleboarding, or catch the sunset after a long day at the beach.
